Nancy’s search experience includes recruitment and placement of C-suite, Vice President and Director-level for public, private, non-profit and international organizations. Prior to becoming a Search Professional, Nancy specialized in Talent Management and Leadership Development. Her background as a business executive working for Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, Gimbels, New York Division and GTE Data Services enables her to respond to talent issues through the Clients’ lens.

Nancy holds a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from Eastern Michigan University and a BA in Education from the University of South Florida. She resides in Tampa, FL.; and is active in the community as a board member of numerous local Nonprofit Boards.
