Kyle Hoye is a Client Advisor at Encore and has focused on recruiting and executive level placements his entire career. 

Prior to joining Encore, he was a Managing Partner at KendallDeclan Search in Atlanta, GA, which he started in 2016.  He previously held positions as a Principal at Synergy-Search (now Encore) and as a Client Director at Olympia Solutions, a retained executive search firm he joined in 2006.  Prior to Olympia, Kyle was a Manager of Recruiting at Inforte, a professional services firm, and an Executive Recruiter at David Gomez and Associates. 

Kyle specializes in conducting senior level searches for professional services firms and consumer packaged goods and retail companies, and has a deep background in conducting searches in growth strategy, customer insights and analytics.

Kyle is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Finance.  He currently lives in Marietta, GA with his wife and two children.  In his free time, Kyle enjoys coaching Youth Baseball at East Side Baseball Association.  He is a passionate fan of his hometown Detroit Red Wings, Tigers and Lions, as well as Indiana Hoosiers basketball.  He is also an avid runner.  Kyle and his family are members of The Catholic Church of St. Ann where he is an active member of the Knights of Columbus.  He is also a member of the Chattahoochee Nature Center.
